Reinforcing

If desired we can supply reinforcing for large shuttering holes ex works.

Anchor bars

We supply anchor bars for our shuttering on request such as e.g. of constructional steel or any steel sectioning cut to fit.

Aids easing assembly

such as nailing strips of perforated sheet metal or expanded metal, welded-on threaded rods.

Base plates

All MSL base plates are made of perforated or expanded metal. From an installation size of 50 x 50 cm upwards the base plates are corrugated or of 1.25 mm thick metal mesh. We can of course provide solid base plates if required.

Benefit of the perforated metal type:

Air bubbles under the base plate are impossible.

Cover

As protection against dust or concrete we offer a cover SU for all shuttering cross-sections. Top covering is a good idea, especially in large concrete sections such as foundations for highrise warehousing. The cover can also be of a type that can be stepped on if desired.
