DA ceiling cavities and DAS strip shuttering for ceiling cavities are prefabricated for making cavities in site concrete

System descriptions:

MSL-DAS strip shuttering is available in thicknesses from 14 to 54 cm. The plating is tailored to fit and cross-perforated depending on dimensions a and b.
The shortest side is 6 cm and the greatest height 54 cm. MSL strip shuttering is joined using wire.
Profile depths approximately 1 cm for a wave gap of 2.6 cm
DAS strip shuttering for ceiling cavities

three sizes.

The MSL cavity system AS-Vario is offered as rolled materials in heights from 192 mm to 550 mm. At the construction site the corrugated form strips are adjusted to the necessary processing size of the cavity by simple bending to the necessary lateral perforation. The rolls are perforated in such a way that a fold can be created approx. every 5 cm. The side length of a cavity is thus a multiple of 5 cm, e.g. approx. 20/30 cm. After bending the form strips by hand they are usually then tied together at the join with wire. The clear lateral and corrugated profile provides an optimum composite with the concrete.

In the event that usually need to encase larger cavities we are also happy to adjust the distance between the lateral perforations for you as required.

The MSL system AS-Vario is delivered in 6 m lengths in black or galvanized corrugated steel sheets in rolls with various heights.
