In the early 90s corrugated profile perforated sheet metal was developed by us as provisional shuttering and a patent registered for it.

Numerous tests of their load-bearing properties conducted by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Georg Wilhelm Mainka, Institut fuer
Baukonstruktion und Bauphysik, University of Rostock, confirmed the suitability of MSL construction joint shuttering systems. Virtually monolithic union in the construction joints was determined for the perforated sheet metal and steel mesh in these tests.Our test reports are available on request.

MSL type SW 0,50 construction joint shuttering systems of corrugated profile perforated sheet metal, 0.5 mm thick, ø 5 mm perforation, spacing 8, flow capacity approximately 36 %, profile approximately 10 x 26 mm.

The corrugated profile elements are in stock in the standard length of 3.0 m and a width of 87 cm. Tailored versions available in lengths up to 4 m. Larger on request. The welded reinforcement of the SW 0,51, SW 0,52 and SW 0,53 types are made of construction steel ø 8 mm.
In the SW 0,54 type construction steel with ø 10 mm is
used.

As our systems can be used in the floor and ceiling areas and we have no influence on building circumstances please always check whether addition support/s is/are needed. The elements are available of 0.88 mm steel mesh, type SW 0.88.
